Hi, I'm Christina Henderson. I serve clients throughout King County with care and strategic guidance. My goal is to make the real estate process as smooth and positive as possible.
Real estate isn't just about a transaction. It is a significant life transition, and I'm honored to be part of it. Your trust means a great deal to me. I'm committed to providing organized, responsive, and fully engaged support from beginning to end. I stay on top of the details, keep communication flowing, and make sure nothing gets missed.
More About Me
Earlier in my journey, I spent most of my twenties doing volunteer work in South and Central America. I worked on medical outreach programs, helped with post-hurricane rebuilding efforts, and volunteered at an orphanage. My longest commitment was in Colombia, where I spent over two years with a foundation that supported street children and their families.
When I returned to the U.S., I set out to explore the country without a long-term destination in mind, until I arrived in Seattle in January 2008. That day, it was cold and pouring rain. Not the usual Pacific Northwest drizzle, but a heavy downpour. I caught a bus from the airport and got off near Cupcake Royale in West Seattle, then walked through the rain to the house where I had arranged to couch surf for the week.
At the time, I thought I was just passing through. But as I settled in and began to experience the area more fully, I was struck by the beauty of the landscape. The mountains, the water, and even in winter, the evergreens stood vibrant against the gray skies. A few months later, I experienced my first Pacific Northwest spring, and it was nothing short of magical. The flowers and trees burst into bloom, and the entire landscape came alive with greens in every shade imaginable. Washington has been home ever since.
Outside of work I love being in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, whether it's breathing in the fresh air of a forest, walking on the Burke-Gilman Trail, biking, or kayaking and paddle boarding. Peaceful mornings and evenings on my patio, surrounded by my garden, are among my favorite ways to unwind.
As an animal lover, I'm the person who asks to pet your dog at the farmers market or waves at your cat when I see them watching me through the window.
